Stephen Bartlett is an experience real estate agent specializing in residential and commercial investment properties. In addition to being an active agent with Florida Equities, he serves as Portfolio Manager & Director of Marketing for CT Capital of Fort Lauderdale where he is responsible for the origination of the firm's hard money loan portfolio; including physical inspection, valuation, and review of the collateral. Formerly Stephen was an agent for Century 21, and was a sales executive of Cintas Corporation. He is also an experienced licensed mortgage broker in the State of Florida. Stephen graduated from Johnson & Wales University of Providence, Rhode Island with Bachelor Degrees in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

Nick Poulsen, born and raised in South Florida, is as about as hardworking, determined and dedicated as they come. He has experience in residential and commercial real estate along with being a firefighter and EMT. Nick is a business student at Florida Atlantic University, close to completing his Bachelor’s degree.
